Did you register your unit yet? Mine did that once. Mine did it once right after I registered it. Haven't checked MaxiFix recently though.

Mine was working properly and all of a sudden it started giving program. It says

 That's what I am getting al the time and after that it still works, but I find it to be an annoying and worthless way to ask questions. It only shows the few latest questions and if you dare to get into one and hit back, you are back on page one of the question lists. It is not working for me. Helped out a few times but it is too much time consuming this way.
